Hi I'm HARRY,

I told my Mum lots of things through Jackie. The first thing was that I got very upset by our window cleaner, Mum has now got a new one and I feel much happier, she also told my Mum about the nasty smelly trainers left by my bed and that the washing machine was leaking in my room. Mum is very impressed by Jackie's accurate messages, as am I, I even showed her my favourite place and Mum has promised to take me there more often!

PIERRE (Next to None)

After I bought Pierre, I soon began to realise that he had many problems which began to get worse over time I knew he was insecure but didn't not know why. Jackie communicated with him and listened to his many issues and explained why he napped so badly. She told me about the “bonding key” that he offered. The next day I rode him out, and as usual he did not want to leave the yard, but I talked to him, placed my hand on his left shoulder (the bonding key) and he soon went. We had a couple of more stops but soon moved on, I was actually able to do a circular ride without any major issues which I usually have. Since she has spoken to him, he seems even more loving and more relaxed, I have since recommended her to other people in the hope they can have their problems solved too.

Update, 1 year later: Pierre now hacks happily, loads like a dream, is now doing intro Eventing.  He is feeling so proud of himself, this is a horse that a year ago desribed jumping, like going to the top diving board and trying to make yourself jump off! He tells me that he has total trust in his owner and will take her all the way if she wants.



 

ZAK

Jackie, without your help we would never known that Zak our 15yr old rescue lurcher wanted our extra Reassurances when travelling, because of his arthritic problems, he now enjoys life even more! In particular we wanted to thank you for passing onto us the sheer pride he felt at winning a rosette in a local show, it was so moving what this meant to him.

PERCY
 "When I spoke to Jackie I was a little doubtful that she would be able to get much sense from Percy. As a Springer Spaniel he's a very live wire & some of his behaviour has seemed completely irrational. However Jackie described some of his traits and Percy gave her reasons behind his behaviour that made a lot of sense. The real proof came when we got home that evening and Percy's behaviour towards us was changed. He came over to nudge our knees with his nose in a way he hadn't before and it truly seemed he wanted to 'talk' to us. His problem behaviour has been very much reduced since and some aspects of it have been eliminated. We will be asking Jackie to chat to Percy some more as he has been so much nicer to have around and I think appreciated having his side of the story listened to!"

LUKE:
 My boy Luke came to us as a rescue dog who had been so badly treated, he was destructive and showing worrying aggressive tendancies, he just had no idea of how to trust or be able to relax and be part of a family.
After numerous discussions with animal therapists and welfare groups was advised I may have to put Luke to sleep as he would not be re-homed because of his behaviour. He was only 9 months old!                                 Completely distraught, a work colleague suggested I should speak with Jackie.  She helped me see the extent of Luke's abuse and how we could help him overcome his anxieties using various connection techniques and giving me a better insight to his unhappiness and the part we could play to change this.
 Jackie is not only a god send to loving owners, but in Lukes case a lifeline, he is now a happy, content and extremely different dog.

We send this letter of endorsement of the wonderful help we got from a very gifted person.
Jackie brought us into touch with Mudd and what he was going through, which much to our relievement, he described it as floating off on a journey for a while but without any anxiety and that he was aware of us massaging him to help bring him back to his normal state.
My wife and Mudd have a very close bond and he know that she panics when it happens, so as he is aware of when an attack is going to start he suggested that he go and sit in front of her so she can prepare herself to look after him through it.

He was also able to relate the love and amazing connection between him and my wife (who suffers poor health also), it was such a special feeling Jackie was able to share as well while sharing between us and Mudd, a very moving experience for us all.

Mudd is a 4 year old dog that lives in Michigan, USA with his owners Todd and Hannah. They asked me to speak to him as he had started having fits and were concerned about how much anxiety it was causing

Thank you very much for communicating with Jack yesterday afternoon it was enlightening in more ways than one!  I think in future Jack should drive the lorry and he may feel more confident!  I feel very lucky to have been able to communicate with Jack via you and found it a moving experience.

 (Jack thought reversing was dangerous as "how can she see behind?" and  that slowing down carefully at junctions, made him think that maybe she had trouble in stopping!!) This just goes to show how different their
logic can be from ours!!

GERRY

When I bought Gerry, I knew I was buying a "problem" horse, but after a year I was still having major problems so got in contact with Jackie. She talked to him and told me his history, physical problems and we soon realised that he was very emotionally damaged and had mentally shut down. After talking to him, which was very emotional for us all, the change in him is unbelievable, he now neighs to me when I come to the yard and is so much happier and more confident in himself. Words cannot express how delighted I am that I have now got the bond with my horse and for me that is something that is priceless. This has changed mine and my horse's life and I would recommend Jackie to anyone for their animals. She has now spoken to 4 horses on our yard, some without problems, but just giving them an opportunity to express their views and letting us tell them what we wanted them to know, it has been so touching to hear personally from them all.
