CODE OF ETHICS AND GUARANTEES

I truly believe that animals would not communicate with me if I was dishonest. I validate to you, by images, experiences etc. that I am talking to your animal, although occasionally another animal (sometimes from “over the rainbow”) will take over, but this will be very clear to you. Therefore, I offer you a full money back guarantee if I cannot communicate with your animal, although I am glad to say that this has not happened to me and I hope never does.
I have mentioned above, animals from “over the rainbow”, however I do not do readings for deceased animals, as I feel that if they want to come through and talk they will because they want to, but if they don't, then I have not disturbed them. I also do not do missing pets, this is an area of huge anxiety and emotion, and as animals sound the same alive as in spirit this makes the situation even more difficult, so I would rather not raise someones hopes thinking I may be able to help them, when in reality myself and the owners may never find out what has happened.
If you really struggle with the concept of this Animal Communication and don't want to do it, this is no problem to me, but if there is one thing you can take away from this site, is to think of our and your animal's bodies are just like a vehicle. This vehicle takes them to wherever they go, but the day will come when they will have to part from it, for whatever reason, so the soul leaves and goes on a different journey. People have told me they find this truly does give a sense of relief and understanding when your old or young friend goes “over the rainbow”.

A Communication is £30,   this can be sent by cheque with photo to me, or by email and paid through the Paypal link,  photos can also be sent to my mobile. All the various options will be on the email I will send to you in response to yours.
             

When I have received your photo etc., I will phone you, or leave you a message to call me. Whilst on the phone, I will talk to your animal and ask your animal any questions you may have, please have a pen and paper at the ready and allow the time for a long conversation! Prior to me calling, if you have a specific issue, please think of a single keyword i.e. water, the word water would cover many meanings but works like a phone conversation, when the keyword is mentioned, often there will be a discussion about it, the less information I have the better. All communications are confidential and kept on file, so in the future, should you need to contact me I have your and your animal's details.
I hope that I can be of help to you, whether this is just to hear what your pet has to say, which sometimes can be so funny and often very sweet, or if you really don't know where to start with a problem, let me tell you from them what's happened or what is going on, as they say “the beginning is a very good place to start!” The most common fear is “what if they say they don't like me?” Animals are non judgemental, and seem to accept how little or how much love they are given, sadly we do live in a world of not so kind owners, but they are hardly going to want know what their pet thinks, please be rest assured that this is an extremely positive experience.
